Balmain Village Markets - A White Bay Christmas Edition

Celebrate the season with a very special edition of Balmain Village Markets at White Bay Power Station.

This December, Sydney’s iconic White Bay Power Station will host the Balmain Village Markets for the very first time, transforming the historic Boiler House and Turbine Hall into a magical marketplace of festive shopping and community celebration perfect for the whole family. There'll even be a visit from the big man himself! 

Held on Sunday 7 December, this event will mark the beginning of the holiday season with over 90 local market stalls offering a curated selection of handmade gifts, artisan products, gourmet treats, fashion, and homewares. Whether you're looking for one-of-a-kind Christmas presents or simply want to soak in the festive atmosphere, the Balmain Village Markets are the perfect destination. For the little ones, there'll be visits from Santa, children's workshops, live music and  roving performers bringing joy and laughter throughout the day. 

Visitors can also enjoy a series of free and ticketed concerts by the Sydney Youth Orchestras, filling the Boiler House with world-class orchestral performances and holiday cheer.
