Discover the Turbine Hall, a unique and evocative setting rich in industrial heritage.
Architectural grandeur
The Turbine Hall is the centre piece of White Bay Power Station, offering a unique glimpse into Sydney's industrial past. Characterised by its voluminous space, 26-metre-high ceilings, vast windows and exposed structure, the Turbine Hall provides an inspiring backdrop to any event.
This expansive space is perfect for large-scale events such as exhibitions, concerts, and corporate functions, offering ample room for staging and audience seating.
Intimate appeal
Next to the Turbine Hall, the Pump House offers a more intimate environment. Retaining many original features like original machinery and brickwork, the Pump House provides a tangible connection to the site's historical significance. This space can provide an area for smaller gatherings such as talks and workshops, while the Turbine Hall serves as the main hive of activity.
A seamless event experience
The Turbine Hall and Pump House are equipped with amenities to provide a seamless event experience. Accessibility is a high priority, with ramps located throughout the venue and ample restroom facilities located in the outdoor central courtyard. An elevator is also available in the Pump House so that guests can comfortably navigate the venue.
